User research
Starting the project from scratch gave us the opportunity to work on the complete design process. In order to understand the needs and pain points of decentralised finance users we researched the web for reviews and feedback on similar platforms, send a survey to experienced users and made interviews.
Results
After releasing the new design we observed that users had an easier time understanding the logic of the app and were more compelled to purchase crypto and new features could be easily added and categorised in the Minke hub.
